Why is the 'bid' button grey?

Sometimes you may see a grey 'Bid' button which is inactive and will not let you click to bid, even if you've completed your registration and are signed in. 

This could be for one of two reasons:

1. Your registration is pending approval. The auctioneers are reviewing your registration but have not yet given you access to start bidding. To hurry the process along, please contact the auction house directly. 
2. The sale is not live yet. You'll need to come back around the start time of the auction.

Once you are approved to bid and the auction is live, the bid button will change colour to dark blue. It will be active and you can click to enter the bidding applet to take part.
