Our Customer Service team can update the email address on your account for you.
To keep your account secure, our team will first verify your identity by asking a few security questions before making any changes. This step is in place to prevent unauthorised access.
Send us a request:
Please send an email from your current email address that you would like to update to customersupport@bidspotter.co.uk and include the following information:
- New email address
- Old email address
- Bidder ID
- Full name
You can find your bidder ID by going to My Bidspotter > View Account.
Once we have received and verified your account details, we will promptly update your account details.
