To add a new address
Your address is linked to your card details for verification purposes, so they must match. If you'd like to amend your address, you'll need to remove your current card and old address and re-add it with the correct details.
You'll need to:
- Log into your account.
- Click on ‘My Bidspotter' > ‘View account’.
- Scroll down to ‘My Wallet’ and 'My Address Details'.
- Delete your old saved address and card(s)
Once these are removed, you'll need to find an upcoming auction to sign up to.
- Find an auction you're interested in under 'Find Auctions' > 'Current Auctions'.
- Click on 'Sign Up to bid'.
- On the registration page, select the option to add a new card and enter your details, including the correct billing address.
What if my delivery address is different to my payment card billing address?
We can only store addresses that are associated with your cards. To inform an auctioneer of an alternate address, in the case of delivery, you will need contact the auctioneer directly before bidding to confirm they are happy to delivery to an alternative address. They might ask you for proof of that delivery address, just to be sure it gets to you.
