Many auctioneers have fixed bidding increments. This means there are set amounts you can offer when you place your max bid.
Don’t worry though, you don’t need to know them – we’re here for that.
You just tell us your bid and if it doesn’t match the increments, we’ll tell you the amounts below and above it, so you can pick one of those.
Here’s how it works: if the auctioneer’s increments are in £5 increases, and you place a bid for £201, we’ll tell you if you're off increment, and let you know you need to place either £200 or £205.
