It might be your internet browser. Try another one and see if that fixes the problem. We usually work on all the big browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. We generally recommend Google Chrome as the most efficient browser to run our site.

It might be a compatibility issue. We always recommend updating your operating system and browsers to the latest version offered by the provider. This way, our software will run well on your computer or mobile device.
